Poetry: “For The Women of America”

Is it hard to stare at my eyes?
Lift your head up from my style?
Stare at the focus of my words!
Words that can change the world.
I can’t help it if my skirt may rise,
Above my knees.
I work hard for my,
Arms, built beyond flab.
My words are the real flex.
I am not a bitch, nor am I a whore.
I reproduce, then get back to score.
I have strength.
I’m no fashionista,
Just a leader taking a stand.
I am a woman of politics.
Hear me roar.
