AMPLIFY! was an exciting celebration of Teen Voices' positive impact and reach. Hundreds of supporters, community leaders, and media partners came together on April 09, 2008 to recognize and honor teen girls as powerful voices for social justice and leaders of change.

Held in the State Room with amazing views overlooking downtown Boston, AMPLIFY! recognized the incredible work and legacy of Intergenerational Activists Katherine Butler Jones and Amy Segal Shorey, and Teen Activist of the Year, Evelyn Eng-Nol. Theresa Moore was the keynote speaker, and spoke of the importance of perseverance and resiliency as ingredients to success.

The feeling of commitment and community in the room was amazing. And it just got better when the Teen Voices' Peer leaders gave an inspiring and emotional performance of AMPLIFY!, a poetic tribute to Teen Voices.
