Karen Walker Beecher

Karen Walker Beecher has over 20 years of operations, human resources, finance and sales experience and is currently the Chief Operating Officer of The Bowdoin Group, a human capital solutions firm.   At The Bowdoin Group, she is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer success and employee engagement, while scaling the business to support continued growth. Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Karen was Vice President, Sales Strategy and Global Operations at Pegasystems Inc., where she developed the operational infrastructure and strategy to almost triple the global sales force in four years.    Prior to joining Pega, Karen spent thirteen years at Boston Communications Group (bcgi), as the CFO and Human Resources Executive, where she helped grow the company from start-up to publicly held telecommunications technology company.  Karen graduated from Boston College with a degree in Accounting and spent over six years with Ernst & Young LLP.
